The People Inc. time module provides users with a flexible (365-day) workforce scheduling tool, hardware to collect real-time clock information, and analysis tools to monitor and extract attendance information.

The system enable users to define multiple sets or business rules to manage a variety of shift patterns, overtime rules, and flexi-time schemes. Clock times and roster entries are used in conjunction with these rules to process employee attendance records. Standard reports are provided with the module to enable users to extract payroll-related information .


A range of hardware clocks are available to enable individuals to clock in and out. The clocks can be configured with proximity card and tag readers, or biometric (fingerprint) readers. Real time alerts can be generated from clock events, for example, for late arrival, unexpected arrival, and when an employee returns to work following a period of unplanned absence.
