Pricing

It is difficult to provide accurate information about pricing because each organisation has a unique set of needs. Our pricing is structured so that customers only pay for the functionality they need or use. On this page we have therefore tried to give an indication of costs for a variety of size and type of organisation.

 

Small to Medium-sized

A single user licence for People Inc. will cost as little as £1000 to implement. An annual maintenance fee of £350 covers ongoing system use, access to the helpdesk, free upgrades (as they are made available) and access to the customer area of our website. The cost indication below is for a single user system (note that there is no limit to the number of employee records).

Medium-sized organisation

For medium-sized organisations of 60 to 200 employees we recommend a 2-user People Inc. system and this costs just £1499 to purchase. We charge £499 for ongoing system use and help desk services (telephone based support, free upgrades and access to the customer area of our website). There are also some significant benefits that some Medium-sized organisations can gain from using the Employee Self-Service. The cost indication below is for a 2 user system with no ESS (there is no limit to the number of employee records).

Medium to large organisations (including ESS)

For medium to large organisations with more than 200 we recommend our People Inc. system with 2-4 users. Most organisations of this size will gain significant benefits from using the Employee Self-Service module. The costs for the ESS vary depending on the number of employees within the organisation. It is also possible to buy a range of ESS Add-ons. The cost indication below is for a 3 user system with ESS functionality for 400 employees (no add-ons).

Large organisation

Our People Inc. system is designed to work accross multiple offices and even in different languages. Large international organisations use the system to manage their HR information and processes. Each implementation for large organisations brings its own requirements and challenges. It is therefore very difficult to give accurate costings. The budget for these projects over 3 years tends to be between £20,000 and £50,000.
